Ocean Nutrition Canada receives Business of the Year Award at the Halifax Chamber of Commerce's Halifax Business Awards held in Halifax, Nova Scotia. 

This is the 10th year for the awards that honors businesses and business leaders in Halifax.  ONC was one of five companies shortlisted in this category.  The others shortlisted companies were Blue Ocean Contact Centers, Clayton Developments Limited, Lydon Lynch Architects Ltd., and  Nicom IT Solutions.  ONC received the gold award, followed with Clayton Developments Ltd. with silver, and bronze going to Lydon Lynch Architects Ltd.
