Enzymatic oil processing is a key component of our research, and provides several advantages. Enzymes prevent oil damage since they react under mild conditions, unlike chemical treatment. Enzymes also eliminate chemical waste, thereby reducing environmental impact.
The group's research is behind ONC's high quality MEG-3® oils that feature no taste, no odor, including those used for ONC's proprietary Powder-loc™ micro-encapsulation technology.
