We guarantee that our customers receive consistently high quality, premium products and services by conducting regular, stringent internal and external quality audits in compliance with current Good Manufacturing Practices (cGMP)
One of our internal measures is the Quality Management Programs (QMP) which includes a Hazard Analysis and Critical Control Point (HACCP) plan that focuses on preventative food safety and quality measures.
In compliance with cGMP practices, ONC has also written Product Specification Sheets, Technical Data Sheets (TDSs), Master Production Records (MPRs), and Standard Operating Procedures which standardize the repeatability of high quality produced products. We have implemented detailed customer concern investigations that enables us to track and trend quality satisfaction. We also have a product recall procedure to ensure the safety of all our consumers. All employees with ONC receive annual training on Quality, Food Safety and Good Manufacturing Practices.
ONC meets and exceeds the latest industry standards established under the GOED Monograph by testing in process, and to specification all raw materials, bulk products, packaging material and finished products. Once the product is released, a certificate of analysis is developed and sent with the shipment of high quality product.
After quality and compliance are confirmed, ONC's Stability Department goes above and beyond by conducting stability testing to verify, determine and improve product shelf life. All groups work together to ensure production of high quality safe products.
